2013-03-04_Daryl's Irish potatoes?

I was in Glenside Pennsylvania when I drove by this bakery. Daryl the Leprechaun, a mischievous being of human form in Irish folklore, often associated with shoemaking or buried pots of gold seems neither to be responsible for pastries nor for potatoes here. Top seems to be at the end of the day, doesn’t it ? Then why is it said in the morning ?
